What could be simpler than a salad? Slice, mix and serve. I have a lot of recipes in stock on this topic. Today I will tell you how to make a salad of red fish and chickpeas. One serving is enough to satisfy hunger for a long time.

Ingredients

  • Red Fish - 250 g
  • Chickpeas (boiled) – 200 g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
  • Spinach - half-pack
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water (cleaned) – 1,5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the red fish and place it in a saucepan with cold water.

Add salt, bay leaf and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.

Chop the cherry tomatoes and the cooled fish.

Mix chickpeas, spinach, fish and tomatoes.

Add ground pepper, salt and oil mixed with lemon juice. Gently mix the salad.
