In fact, it's something in between a salad, an appetizer and a side dish, but I serve this dish as a salad. Any mushrooms that you like are suitable for it. This time I propose to take eringi and several types of onions.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (eringi) – 350 g
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Shallots - 3 pieces
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the eringi and pour in the olive oil.
Fry the mushrooms over medium heat until tender and remove from the stove.
Chop both types of onions and add to the mushrooms. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
