- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece

- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly with a fork.
Finish the egg and mash it again.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix the dough.
Form cheesecakes and roll in flour if desired.
Fry them on both sides until browned over medium heat.
