Classic tiramisu is very difficult to call a healthy and healthy dessert. But I suggest a variation of the traditional Italian dish for those who constantly monitor their diet or just want to try something new.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Rice flour - 85 g

- Corn Starch - 20 g
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Ricotta - 200 g
- Cocoa - 1 art.l.
- Coffee (strong) – 250 ml
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the whites, salt and sugar substitute to peaks.
Slowly add rice flour with baking powder and starch. Then slowly enter the yolks.
Spread the dough into a thin cake and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool and slice.
Whisk cottage cheese with ricotta in a blender.
Dip the sliced cookies in strong coffee and put them in the mold. Alternate layers with cottage cheese cream.
Leave the dessert overnight in the refrigerator and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
