Ingredients
For cakes:
- Flour - 1 glass
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Walnuts - 2 glasses
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Starch - 2 art.l.
- Honey - 3 art.l.
For cream:
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Almond Extract - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and honey.
Chop the nuts and mix with the rest of the dry ingredients.
Combine both mixtures and mix the dough thoroughly.
Divide it into 4 parts and bake thin cakes for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Whisk the ingredients for the cream until fluffy.
