- Coconut milk - 200 g
- Gelatin - 5 g
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Peaches - 2-3 pieces
- Pineapple - 6 rings
- Almond petals - 4 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions. Leave to swell.
Beat coconut milk with cottage cheese with a mixer.
Add gelatin to the mixture and mix well.
Cut peaches and pineapples into cubes and arrange them nicely with mousse in glasses in layers.
Sprinkle all the almond petals.
