Ingredients
- Cookies - 300 g
- Butter - 125 g
- Cottage cheese - 550 g
- Powdered sugar - 90 g
- Lime - 1 piece
- Mint - 4 twigs
- Cream (33-35%) – 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crush the cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter and tamp the base into a mold.
Whisk cottage cheese with powdered sugar and add crushed mint, lime juice and its zest.
Whisk the cold cream until fluffy and mix with the curd mass.
Put all this on the base and send the cheesecake to the refrigerator overnight.
