- Cornflakes - 100 g
- Nuts - 100 g
- Dates - 100 g
- Peanut butter - 1 tbsp.l .

- Lemon juice - 120 ml
- Lemon zest - 3 art.l.
- Almond flour - 70 g
- Sugar (or substitute) – 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the flakes, nuts, dates and peanut paste in a blender until smooth. Put a thin layer into the mold.
Beat the eggs with a whisk with zest and lemon juice.
Add sugar and flour, mix and pour on a nut base.
Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees, let cool and cut into bars.
