Perhaps this is one of the most unusual salads with rice and tuna that I have ever tasted. And all because pickled and boiled vegetables go into it. I advise you to serve it with a serving ring for beauty.
Ingredients
- Tuna - 2 banks
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Fig - 150 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cucumbers (pickled) – 2 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice, eggs and separately boil the carrots until soft.
Finely chop carrots and pickled cucumbers, chop onions and herbs.
Mix the ingredients, add the rice and season with mayonnaise.
Put the salad on plates and put the tuna mashed with a fork on top.
Garnish with boiled eggs and herbs.
