The huge popularity of oatmeal cookies has led to the fact that many different recipes have appeared. I like to cook it from whole oat flakes, with the addition of raisins and sesame seeds. Optionally, you can add nuts, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 2 glasses
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 120 g
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Raisins - handful
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the raisins with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.
Lightly fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
In a deep bowl, lightly beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
Add melted butter, sifted flour, raisins, sesame seeds and oat flakes.
Mix everything well and cover with a towel for 10 minutes.
Spoon in a little dough, form a tortilla and put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Depending on the size of the cookie, the time may vary.
