Today you can treat yourself to delicious pastries. And in order not to gain extra pounds, prepare low-calorie muffins. They will need instant oatmeal. They can be crushed in a blender or used whole.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes - 1,5 glasses
  • Flour - 1,5 glasses
  • Milk (warm) – 220 ml
  • Chicken eggs - 1 piece
  • Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Salt - 0,25 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the sifted flour, oat flakes, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Add warm milk, butter and lightly beaten egg. Knead the dough and set aside for 15 minutes.

Put the dough into greased molds, filling them two-thirds.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
