Homemade chocolate muffins with pieces of chocolate are a great dessert that can be served as a snack or an addition to a meal. For chocolate dough, use high-quality cocoa of a proven brand. I'm telling you a recipe with step-by-step photos!
Ingredients
- Cocoa (powder) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Kefir - 70 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 70 g
- Flour (wheat) – 120 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 60 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Chocolate drops - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a deep bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. For even mixing, you can take a whisk.
In another bowl or glass, mix the egg, vegetable oil and kefir.
Combine the loose and liquid ingredients, mix until the lumps disappear. Add the chocolate drops and mix again.
For convenience, you can transfer the chocolate dough into a pastry bag.
Spread the dough over the molds, filling them with 2/3 of the total volume. Bake the chocolate muffins in the oven at 180 degrees until the skewer is dry – about 15-18 minutes.
Let the finished muffins cool down, then serve them with tea or coffee. Additionally, you can decorate muffins with powdered sugar or pour sweet sauce, condensed milk.
