- Milk - 200 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 350 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk milk, egg, sugar, salt and vegetable oil with a whisk.
Add the sifted flour with soda, and knead a soft dough.
Leave the dough for half an hour, roll out into a layer 5-7 mm thick and cut into baursaks of arbitrary shape.
Fry them in plenty of oil over medium heat until golden.
