Carrot-oatmeal cookies are not only delicious, but also very useful. It is prepared without eggs and dairy products, and the amount of sugar and honey is minimal. Be sure to use juicy, fresh and as sweet as possible carrots.
Ingredients
- Flour - 200 g
- Oat flakes - 1 glass
- Carrots (juicy) – 200 g
- Honey (liquid) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0,5 h.l .
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 2-3 tbsp.l.
- Pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and place them in a deep bowl.
Add vegetable oil, honey, sesame seeds and oat flakes. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes to soften the flakes a little.
Mix flour with baking powder, sugar and pour into a bowl with carrot stock. Knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 20 identical pieces, form small cakes, put them on a covered baking sheet. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
