Mix both types of flour, salt and baking powder. Add the chopped butter and quickly rub everything into a crumb.
Pour in the kefir, add sugar and cinnamon and knead the dough.
Roll it out in a layer, cut a round cookie and put it on parchment.
Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
