It would seem that potato casserole has in common with zucchini. But in fact, zucchini solves the main problem here – it makes the dish juicier. If desired, you can add other vegetables to the minced meat. Preferably fresh and young.

- Potatoes - 600 g
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Zucchini - 300 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Tomato paste - 1.5 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and fry with minced meat until half cooked. Add the tomato paste and spices, and fry for another minute.
Cut the potatoes and zucchini into cubes. Mix with the minced meat and put it in a mold.
Sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and cook for 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
