Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the mackerel and make incisions on the sides. Put a couple of lemon circles in the belly.
Rub the fish with oil and spices, and fill the cuts with crushed garlic.
Coarsely chop the onion and corn, and cut the remaining lemon into rings.
Put everything in a form on parchment and bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
