Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 700 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Water - 200 ml
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the usual onion, leek and mushrooms. Fry everything together until the liquid evaporates and arrange in pots.
Add garlic, spices and chopped herbs.
Add sour cream, pour water and mix gently.
Bake the mushrooms for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
