Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries in a frying pan

One of the most unusual cottage cheese casseroles in every sense! Firstly, it has a pleasant purple color, which is given by crushed blueberries. Secondly, it is not cooked in the oven, but in a frying pan. And if you wish, you can decorate it with icing or cream.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Blueberries - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2-3 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 3-4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk blueberries with cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
Add eggs and sugar to taste.
Add baking powder and flour to make the mass thick enough.
Put it in a greased frying pan and fry under the lid on low heat for about half an hour.
