Broccoli pancakes are a storehouse of useful vitamins and very few calories, even if you fry them in oil. In the recipe I will tell you how to prepare a vegetable and what to do with it so that the dish turns out to be really successful.
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil broccoli inflorescences in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and grind in a blender.
Add spices, chopped rosemary and crushed garlic.
Add the egg and flour there, and mix everything together.
Spread the draniki with a spoon in a frying pan and fry on both sides.
