Rice with vegetables is a classic side dish that will surprise no one. And you can make it a full-fledged main dish, if you add a little meat, poultry or, like me, tuna. And don't be afraid that it will cool down, because it tastes delicious even cold.
Ingredients
- Fig - 100 g
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Broccoli - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Corn - 50 g
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender, but do not boil it into porridge.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil for 3-5 minutes.
Put the broccoli in the pan, and after 2 minutes add the corn.
After another 2 minutes, add sliced cherry tomatoes and immediately chopped tuna.
Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes, stirring, season, and mix with rice.
After another minute, remove the dish from the heat.
