The Afghan cauldron looks more like a pressure cooker than an ordinary cast-iron cauldron. The bottom line is that due to the tightly twisted lid, high pressure is created inside, which helps to maintain a uniform temperature. Pork ribs with potatoes are incredibly tender.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 600 g
  • Potatoes - 700 g
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Water - 0.5 glasses
  • Greenery - 0.5 beam

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Heat the oil in a cauldron and fry the chopped ribs for about 15 minutes, stirring.

Add sliced potatoes, spices and chopped herbs.

Pour in some water, seal the Afghan cauldron tightly and cook everything for about 40 minutes.
