Lightly fry the chicken on all sides and send it to the pots.

Finely chop the vegetables and fry them for about 5 minutes too. Season and place on the chicken.

Cover everything with washed barley and fill it with water so that it covers the grits by a centimeter.

Place in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
