White peaches are very sweet, tender and delicate. Therefore, it is better to work with them a little more carefully. Today I will tell you how to cook compote from them so that the fruits do not spill into porridge. You will be able to eat them separately with pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Peaches - 600 g
  • Sugar - 5 art.l.
  • Water - 1.5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the peaches. If desired, peel them from the skin.

Boil water, add sugar and mix.

Put the peaches in boiling syrup and cook the compote for 10 minutes.

Let it brew a little under the lid.
