Ingredients
- Apricots - 800 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 250 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the apricots into halves, fill with water and boil.
Add sugar, boil everything for 7-10 minutes and pour the compote into jars.
Sterilize the jars in a saucepan with water for another 10-15 minutes, add citric acid and roll up.
