Something in between a classic cottage cheese casserole and rice pudding. It is simply impossible to resist such a treat. Moreover, if you add a couple of handfuls of your favorite berries there and, in addition, decorate everything with fresh berries when serving.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Milk - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Starch - 1 art.l.
- Berries - 2 handfuls
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender and let it cool.
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix with sugar, milk and eggs.
Add rice and starch to the cottage cheese, and then - berries.
Put everything in a mold and put it in the oven for 50 minutes at 160 degrees.
