Artichokes are prepared in different countries, but most of all, of course, in Italy. They are stewed, fried, boiled, baked and pickled. If you haven't cooked a plant before, I suggest starting with the simplest recipes. For example, add artichokes to an omelet.

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
  • Artichokes - 3 pieces
  • Milk (warm) – 100 ml
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water (hot) – 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the artichokes, slice them and put them in water with lemon juice.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the artichokes and fry lightly.

Add hot water, cover and simmer until it evaporates.

Beat eggs lightly with milk, salt and ground pepper.

Add the artichokes and stir.

Grease the mold with butter, pour in the prepared mass and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
