Autumn is the season of fragrant pumpkin. I always look forward to it and cook pumpkin porridge with rice and raisins at the first opportunity. I want to share this recipe with you today. A delicious dish will be useful for children and adults.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the pumpkin from the seeds, peel and cut into small cubes.

Put the pumpkin in a saucepan, pour cold water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add salt, milk and vanilla. Stir and bring to a boil over low heat.

Evenly scatter the washed rice over the surface of the pumpkin, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Wash the raisins with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.

Add butter and honey to the pan, stir and turn off.

Put the porridge on a plate and sprinkle with raisins.
