Peel the pumpkin from the seeds, peel and cut into small cubes.
Put the pumpkin in a saucepan, pour cold water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add salt, milk and vanilla. Stir and bring to a boil over low heat.
Evenly scatter the washed rice over the surface of the pumpkin, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Wash the raisins with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.
Add butter and honey to the pan, stir and turn off.
