Not only milk makes an excellent base for rice porridge. Today I offer my favorite version with sour cream. The subtle sourness even better emphasizes the texture of the dish, and at the same time the taste of the additives that you use.
Ingredients
- Fig - 2 glasses
- Sour cream - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until it is half cooked.
Mix the beaten eggs with sour cream, melted butter and sugar.
Add the rice and mix again.
Put everything in a mold or in a pot and cook in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
