Breaded fried chicken attracts with its ruddy crust. But it has one significant disadvantage – the amount of oil that will be needed for frying. Otherwise, the crackers will burn in a hot frying pan. But there is a way out: for example, these are chicken rolls in the oven.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 6 tbsp.l .
- Bay leaf - 4 of the sheet
- Orange - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Fry until soft.
Cut each fillet into two thin layers and chop it off. Sprinkle the chicken with spices.
Lay out the filling, roll the rolls and fold them into a mold.
Pour olive oil over the rolls and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Arrange the bay leaves and orange slices on the sides.
Bake the rolls in the oven for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
