Tired of fried potatoes? Cook it in the oven in a rustic way! I suggest you try a very interesting and simple recipe with cheese. Salt should be added with caution, especially in cases where salty cheese is used.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 800 g
  • Cheese (solid) – 100 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Greens (any) – 1 twig

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the potatoes, dry thoroughly and cut into small slices.

Add salt, oil and mix.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with foil.

Cover the top with another layer of foil and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Carefully open the foil, sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese, chopped herbs and continue cooking under the foil for another 5-7 minutes.
