Potato casserole with minced meat and tomato in a slow cooker

Layered potato casseroles can be made in two or three layers. But I prefer at least five. Especially when I cook it in a slow cooker, not in the oven. This time I suggest you try the option with minced meat and tomato.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Minced meat - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato juice - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Tomatoes - 1-2 pieces
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and fry with minced meat for 5-7 minutes in the "Frying" mode. Mix with the tomato, season and set aside.
Cut potatoes and tomatoes into circles. Rub the mozzarella.
Oil a clean bowl of a slow cooker and lay out layers of potatoes, a little mozzarella, minced meat, tomatoes, potatoes again and so on to the end.
Sprinkle the casserole with herbs and cook in a slow cooker for an hour in baking mode.
