Quail dishes are often found in European cuisine. Birds are always cooked in such a way as to emphasize the delicate and delicate taste of meat. Quite often quails are grilled on the grill. This is a very simple, convenient and fast way.

Ingredients

  • Quail - 4 carcasses
  • Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
  • Paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Mineral water (highly carbonated) – l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Prepare quail carcasses, gut and rinse.

Put in a deep bowl, pour mineral water and put aside for 30 minutes.

Drain the water, dry the quail thoroughly with a paper towel.

Rub salt and spices on all sides, and then brush with oil. Fold into a bowl, cover with cling film and set aside for half an hour.

Fry the quail on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning it over often.
