Spectacular noodles from the wok only at first glance seems to be some very complex exotic dish. In fact, it is prepared even easier than most of the everyday recipes we are familiar with. Catch the classic version with chicken and vegetables!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Noodles - 200 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.l .
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chili pepper - 1 pod
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, mix with a spoonful of soy sauce and crushed garlic, and send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Cut all the vegetables into thin strips or use a grater for Korean carrots.
Boil the noodles according to the instructions – depending on its type and thickness.
Fry the chicken until white, and immediately add vegetables and chopped chili to it.
Continue to fry everything together for another 10 minutes over medium heat.
Season the vegetables, add the noodles and pour in the remaining soy sauce.
Simmer all together under the lid for another 7-10 minutes.
