- New potatoes - 800 g
- Purple onion - 2-4 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 8 cloves
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 4 tsp.
- Olive oil - 4 art.l.
- Water - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the potatoes, onions and carrots, and arrange them in pots.
Add chopped dill, rosemary and unpeeled garlic cloves.
Add spices to taste, pour in a spoonful of oil and water.
Bake for about 70-80 minutes at 180 degrees.
