Stuffed carp can easily become the main dish of the festive table. It can be cooked so that your guests will forget that it is a bony fish. Just use my recipe and everyone will be crazy about the taste of this fish.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Preparing the fish. I wash it well under water, especially inside. Next, marinate in spices, salt, pour vegetable oil and set aside.

Peel carrots and onions. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a fine grater. We send it to fry in a frying pan until half-cooked.

Soak bread in milk, salt, pepper. Squeeze out excess milk. Beat the eggs, mix with bread, fried onions and carrots.

We put the filling in the middle of the carp, wrap the carp in foil and send it to the oven for 25 minutes at 180C. After the time has elapsed, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until a golden crust appears.

When serving, decorate the carp with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
