Beef with pumpkin in pots
The tenderest beef in pots literally melts in your mouth. The same can be said about pumpkin, which after baking acquires an even brighter and more expressive taste. Be sure to add your favorite spices: nutmeg, hot pepper, ginger or cinnamon.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the meat, season and put it in pots. Pour the broth and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
Cut the pumpkin and potatoes into cubes, and chop the onion and mushrooms.
Fry the onion with mushrooms until the liquid evaporates, add the potatoes with pumpkin and garlic.
Fry for a few more minutes, add flour and stir.
Send the vegetables to the meat, season to taste and bake for another hour at 150 degrees.
