Potatoes are considered to be a simple and unremarkable product. But it all depends on how to cook it. And a clear confirmation of this is such a potato casserole with vegetables and parmesan.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the potatoes until tender, mash in mashed potatoes with butter and mix with egg.

Mix grated parmesan, crackers and nutmeg.

Finely chop the remaining vegetables. Fry the minced meat with onions for a couple of minutes.

Add carrots, pepper, garlic and chili, and fry until the meat is cooked. At the end, season.

Put the minced meat in the mold, and potatoes on it. Sprinkle with parmesan breadcrumbs.

Put the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
