Cauliflower is often mixed in dishes with broccoli. But the combination with white cabbage is already more interesting. Especially in a dish like vegetable pancakes. Quite a bold experiment if you are used to potatoes, but it's worth it!
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 400 g
- Cauliflower - 300 g
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, boil for 2 minutes in boiling water and grind in a blender.
Finely chop or grate ordinary cabbage on a coarse grater, lightly squeeze and mix with colored.
Add eggs, flour and spices, mix and fry the pancakes in a frying pan on both sides.
