Ingredients
- Zucchini - 800 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice the zucchini, add salt, leave for 5 minutes and drain the excess juice.
Mix sour cream, grated cheese, crushed garlic and spices.
Gently mix this with the zucchini right in the mold and send the casserole to the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
