If you are planning an American-style party, don't forget to cook baked ribs. They always cause delight among the guests and are eaten very quickly. I advise you to try the following recipe with garlic sauce.

Wash the ribs, dry them with a paper towel and cut them into segments.

Cut the hot pepper in half, peel the seeds and grind in a blender.

Peel the garlic from the husk and pass it through the press.

In a large bowl, mix hot pepper, garlic, soy sauce, oil and salt.

Put the ribs in a bowl and mix well with your hands.

Cover with a lid and remove for 2 hours to marinate at room temperature.

Place the ribs on a greased baking sheet, cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Carefully remove the foil, turn on the convection mode and cook for another 20 minutes. The liquid should evaporate, and the ribs should be well browned.

Place the ribs on a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
