Cooking potatoes in a rustic way in the peel is a pleasure. No need to waste time on cleaning, just rinse it thoroughly and dry it with paper towels. About the rest of the cooking features further in the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • Greenery (any) – 2 twigs
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Marjoram - 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the potatoes under running water and dry them with paper towels.

Cut the potatoes into small slices.

Add chopped herbs, ground pepper, marjoram, salt and vegetable oil.

Mix well, cover with cling film and leave for 10 minutes.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
