A popular Hungarian dish is made from fleshy sweet peppers, ripe tomatoes and lots of onions. I always add paprika and garlic. If the acid to your taste is not enough, pour in a little lemon juice.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper (different colors) – 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 400 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (hot) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop carrots, tomatoes, peeled onions and bell peppers.
Cut the hot pepper in half, peel the seeds, rinse and chop.
Turn on the "Frying" mode, pour in the oil and fry the onion golden brown.
Add carrots, sugar, paprika and garlic passed through the press. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
Add tomatoes, Bulgarian and hot pepper. Fry everything together for 10 minutes.
Activate the "Quenching" program, add hot water, salt and ground pepper. Close the lid and cook for 35-40 minutes.
