Cut the breast, unfold and beat it into one thin layer. Rub with spices.

Put slices of ham and cheese on the turkey.

Roll up a tight roll, brush it with beaten egg and roll it in crackers.

Fry the roll in a frying pan on all sides until golden.

Put it on parchment and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
