I bring to your attention a very interesting recipe for beef goulash. It is prepared with fragrant mushrooms and bacon. There are no difficulties, it is enough to follow the sequence of actions and closely monitor the process.

Wash the beef, dry thoroughly and cut into small pieces.

Finely chop mushrooms, bacon and peeled onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, turn down the heat and lay out the bacon. Wait until the fat is melted out of it.

Add the beef and brown each piece well on all sides.

Add the onion, mushrooms and garlic passed through the press. Fry everything together for 12-15 minutes.

Add tomato paste and black pepper peas ground in a mortar. Mix well.

After 3 minutes, pour in warm water mixed with flour, add salt and simmer under the lid for 40 minutes.
