- Pork ribs - 700 g
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Sour cream - 120 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix sour cream, herbs, spices and crushed garlic. Grease the ribs.
Coarsely chop the potatoes and put them in a greased form.
Put the ribs on top, cover with foil and put in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees.
20 minutes before the end, remove the foil.
