Cottage cheese casserole with vermicelli in the microwave

One of the extraordinary finds of Russian cuisine is a curd casserole with vermicelli. And today I will tell you how to easily and quickly cook it in the microwave. Unless the vermicelli should be welded separately in advance.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Vermicelli (boiled) – 100 g
- Milk - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Raisins - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs and milk in a blender.
Add the boiled vermicelli with raisins and transfer the mass to the molds.
Cook the casserole in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at maximum power.
