Ingredients
- Tuna (canned in oil) – 1 bank
- Pasta feathers - 200 g
- Olives - 1 bank
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Basil - 2-3 leaves
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta until al dente.
Finely chop the garlic and fry it in olive oil for a couple of seconds.
Drain the liquid from the olives and send it to the same pan.
After another minute, add the tuna mashed with a fork and a little oil from it.
Simmer everything together for 3-4 minutes, put out the pasta and simmer for the same amount.
Add salt, pepper and Italian herbs, mix and arrange the pasta on plates. Decorate it with basil leaves.
