A delicious dish can be prepared even from inexpensive products. A great option would be pork heart goulash. After roasting and prolonged stewing, it becomes soft and very tender. Boil potatoes or rice and add vegetable salad.
Ingredients
- Pig Heart - 600 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Cumin - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken broth - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the heart thoroughly, dry it, clean it from films and vessels, cut it into small pieces.
Peel and slice the bell peppers, onions and carrots.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the pieces of the heart and fry well on all sides.
Add the onion and carrot and continue to fry for 4-5 minutes.
Add the bell pepper, cumin, bay leaf and cook for another 7 minutes.
Add salt, pour in hot broth, cover and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat.
