I want to share with you another recipe for a pork roll stuffed with champignons. To keep it in shape better, I thicken it a little with flour. After that, you can safely cut your roll into the thinnest pieces – nothing will fall apart.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Champignons - 230 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the mushrooms with onions and fry until soft. Add the flour, stir and fry for another minute.
Unwrap the pork and chop it off. Season with spices.
Put the stuffing on the pork, roll up a tight roll and season again.
Wrap the roll in foil and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 2 hours.
